About

Built for people who
hate missing out on events.

Too many great events get lost in your camera roll or in a tab in your browser. You screenshot a flyer, or keep a tab open as a reminder — and then life happens. The date passes. With EventSnap, you'll never miss an event you wanted to attend. The moment you see something interesting, one share is all it takes to lock it into your calendar.

No more manually typing dates, times, and locations. EventSnap does it all automatically — just share a screenshot or a URL, and your calendar is updated in seconds. Zero effort, zero chance of forgetting.

It's a simple, free tool. No account, no subscription, no ads. Just you and your calendar, always in sync.

⚡ Quick tips

Event not extracted? Try sharing the URL of the event page instead of the screenshot — text-based extraction is more reliable for structured websites.

EventSnap doesn't appear in Share sheet? Make sure you've installed the app first — visit eventsnap.org/app and add it to your home screen.

Wrong date or time? Some event pages use unusual date formats. Try sharing the image of the flyer directly — the AI reads images very accurately.

iPhone: app not installing? Make sure you're using Safari, not Chrome. iOS only supports PWA installation through Safari.
